Every single thing was perfect. Hotel was clean. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Tonshabu Hide that is only 5 minutes' walk away. It was worth its 4 stars.

Cosy hotel in a nice enough area near shopping as well as train. The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of fabulous food. Central setting of the property. It was also walking distance to Nishiki-Tenmangu Shrine.

Popular & spotlessly clean place, FRIENDLY BILINGUAL staff. You could walk to shops and a market. The room was well-stocked & adequate, the bed was good sized. Early check in and easy check out. Carbonated drinks, complimentary wifi were a nice surprise.

Loved location and staff. Impeccably clean room and beautifully designed bathroom. It was an upscale area, a welcome base for me. Also, the accommodation was only 1 km from kiyomizu temple.

really handy location, lovely romantic and well organised rooms and helpful staff. the bed was perfect and it was great having an iron, an electronic key card and a tv set. we loved a wonderful view. clean and minimal hotel in gion district. also - just off bus station and the shopping area and nisiki market.
